Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with the seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
We have a 90-day money-back guarantee for our products. If you don't feel like our product is not working for you within 90 days of purchasing the product, we will offer you a full refund with the remaining unopened sachets (if there are still any left) returned to us.
The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
