Never received my order

I pre-ordered this along with a few other items, the order was shipped in 2 separate parcels and I have received most of them, I received an email for the last shipment stating that it was delivered however when checking the delivery history, it stated that the wrong address and returned to the sender. I have emailed regarding the incident but never had anything back, never received my order nor got a refund for the item I purchased. I don't understand how it was the wrong address when it was delivered correctly with the first shipment.
