Not sure if this is one of the expected outcomes but I think this does help me curb hunger so I don’t snack. Haven’t noticed a decrease in waist size yet. Hopefully there are more discounts as it’s quite pricey.
When I first tried this I felt like it tasted artificial, so I checked the ingredients and saw sucralose which is disappointing :( Surely this sachet does not require artificial sweetener to make it taste good. And there’s no benefit for including it as well. Hopefully that can be removed in the future or be replaced with other fruit concentrate/juice that is naturally sweetened instead.
