Empirical Research:
A clinical study investigating the effects of ingesting hydrolyzed patented collagen on the skin was conducted in Japan in 2015.
56 women between the ages of 35-50 participated, half of which took 2,500 mg of hydrolyzed patented collagen every day for 8 weeks and the other half taking 5,000 mg of a placebo.
