Good news! Rewards in the Purest Perks program do not expire. However, to maximise their benefits, it’s best to use them as they become available. You can always check your account dashboard or refer to the program’s terms and conditions for details on using your rewards.
Unfortunately, no. Rewards in the Purest Perks program are non-transferable and cannot be combined with points from other members. Each account’s rewards are specific to the member who earned them.
If you request a refund under the Money Back Guarantee program, the loyalty points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account once the refund is processed.
