Don’t really know if it’s effective, I didn’t expect significant changes anyway. It’s just something I think it’s healthier and a tasty treat instead of a soft drink.

The tablets dissolve quickly and are easy to take, making hydration convenient even on busy days. I feel more refreshed and less drained after exercise, especially after intense sessions. The item is well packaged and the drops are extremely easy to consume. I can’t say for sure which product is giving the benefits since I’m also taking the Mango Swirl collagen, but I must say that with this combination I no longer have knee issues. I work out 5–6 times a week and I’m not young, so that’s a big plus. No harm in trying , everyone’s body reacts differently. 😊

I started taking this just under month ago and I am please to say that it has majorly helped with my gut issues. I am on daily iron tablets and I really hated taking them as they would cause constipation and painful bloating, however since taking this once a day everything is regular and the bloating and pain has gone away. I find the taste to be really nice and not too sweet. I really like the way it melts away in your mouth.

I love having this as a part of my morning routine its refreshing to drink and the first morning the taste was a surprise not unpleasant but a bit bitter like grapefruit but now I actually look forward to it each morning and find it delicious. I feel it has helped to curb my appetite as the few days Ive forgotten I have been hungry all day and it has also helped my stomach digestion issues which is a plus.

Been using this for almost 5 months now. I purposely delayed writing a review because I wanted to be sure if it's really effective. Lo and behold, it is! I used to be really constipated, but now my bowel movements have become regular and I'm not as bloated as I used to be anymore! I also noticed that I have better skin now and the smell down there is gone! It might take some time before you see visible results, but consistency is key in everything. Overall, really great product. I unfortunately have to stop my subscription now though due to other financial priorities, but I'll definitely order again soon. this is not a paid review btw and I am definitely not a bot. just wanted to share how satisfied I am with the product :)

Bought this product last 10.10 and i am in love. Love the taste and i feel sharper everytime i take it. Not sure if it’s all in my head but I love the taste! The capsule can stick in your mouth though so this part can be improved. Would def recommend this still

The taste is interesting- probably cause of the kombucha. I like how it lessens my cravings. I dont drink it as regular as the sicilian orange though cause this isnt as easy to consume as that. Still worth a try!

I’ve been drinking a packet a day for over 4 months now. I’m in my mid 30s and I noticed my face looking a bit gaunt with my nasolabial folds becoming more prominent, but now it’s not so bad. Although I do have a skincare routine that is catered to target aging, I am not as consistent as when I drink these supplements because it is that easy.
